The Ellice Theatre is a non-profit community development initiative of New Life Ministries to support their transitional housing and other community work. The goal of the Ellice Theatre is to provide affordable family friendly entertainment to residents of the West End and surrounding areas.  It is an ideal multi-purpose venue with great sound, stage and lighting.

The Ellice Theatre is an exceptional low cost venue for upcoming bands, new film releases, theatre groups or other performing artists.  We have been home to professional theatre and dance companies as well as community-based organizations.  We have hosted musical evenings, lectures, karaoke nights, film and video presentations, and corporate events.

The theatre is available for rental. We’ve hosted almost every type of event including movie nights, wedding celebrations, live bands, wrestling, Broadway plays, musicals and more. It’s an amazing space with great acoustics and even has a ticket booth and a counter for selling snacks, popcorn, band merchandise and more. Sound and visual equipment are available including lights and video projector.
