Live Music
New year…new scene at Ellice Café
One of the city’s coziest venues, the Ellice Café, has gotten cozier. Located at 587 Ellice Avenue. at Sherbrook, (across from the West End Cultural Centre), Ellice Café has been featuring live music by local artists on Fridays since October 2010. Now we’re expanding the live scene to a second evening !
Beginning in February 2011, Ellice Café will also present live music on Saturday evenings. From 7:15 – 9:30 P.M., both Friday & Saturday evenings will offer a varied selection of local artists—see below for the lineup.
More good news–admission is always free and donations are always appreciated. So come sit and savour: the ambience, the house-made baking and beverages, hot meals, and local musical favourites!
We appreciate your support!
